Investors' dreams, small or big, in particular times and locations may not be a feasible reality; excess assets, small or big, may need a new drive engine; properly tuning and marketing this drive engine is the key to a sustainable project.
Photography & Videography
Final presentation is what sums up all the work and investment put in a project and frankly sometimes 1' 30" is all a project gets. A single canvas photo, a short video clip, or a walk-through animation is the manifestation of all the invested assets and time, codes and by-laws, and financial figures and charts.

TawPOISE Founder to-be was born.

Founder's parents received their 'Bachelor of Architecture' from 'Louisiana State University'. 
May 1980
Founder's parents received their 'Master of Architecture' from 'University of Houston'. May 1991
'Madani & Associates' established. 
January 1996
Founder begins his professional academic career in the field of Architecture at 'Saddleback College'. 
August 2000
In August of year 2000, 'Poise Arch Inc.' was registered and 'Madani & Associates' took the new name to reflect the new Millennium. 
October 2003
Founder graduates with 'Bachelor of Architectural Science' from 'Ryerson University'. 
August 2008
In August of the year 2008, in search of new business horizon in the dream city of Dubai, 'Poise Arch Inc.' branched out to the Persian Gulf region under a new name 'TAWSEAA' meaning development in Arabic, to better reflect business' intention within the region. TAWSEAA first received a 'Building Contracting' license with a G+2 permit. 
August 2009
After the world financial crisis, TAWSEAA collected a new license, 'Interior Decoration', to adopt itself with the new less-demands for major projects to keep the newly branched business sustainable. 
July 2010
TAWSEAA, maintaining its grounds in the Gulf region during the financially-crashed market, looking ahead for a prosperous future, it went ahead and acquired its first professional license in the region, 'Project Development Consultancy'. August 2011
TAWSEAA, focused on the bigger global market and its newly acquired professional license, let go of its non-professional licenses locally in the Gulf region. 
February 2013
The founder of 'TAWSEAA' and Director of 'Poise Arch' in a collaboration between the two firms, yet established a new firm, 'TawPOISE', where it felt right, and where it felt home, in the southern beautiful sunny State of California, the birth place for every design ideas and every design concepts, bringing to you, the world, 30+ years of experience.
